When I first shaped this cake it came out too fat after applying the fondant so I had to rip it off and carve it more. I drew the little jumpman symbol with an edible fondant writing pen. I painted on the black food color which really gave it a patent leather look. This was eventually placed on top of 2 more tiers.

Jordan shoe cake

This shoe cake is on point. Did you use any plantains as part of the ingredients? Cuz this Jordan cake is BANANAS!
